First Steps
The first step to getting out of there, the first thing you’ll have to do is calculate if you’ll be able to afford all the costs of being a full-time tenant.
Go to inspections before making any decision.
Last step is filling out the application. Make sure you have all the necessary documents. Attach a recent bank account statement. Prior bills you pay to show you are reliable. Attach form of photo ID. Request your tenancy ledger from the real-estate if you currently renting and other relevant documents that will make you stand out over other applicants.
Make sure you receive all the documents a tenant should receive before moving in.
