Guide to Renting

  /  Guide to Renting

First Steps
The first step to getting out of there, the first thing you’ll have to do is calculate if you’ll be able to afford all the costs of being a full-time tenant.

Go to inspections before making any decision.

Last step is filling out the application. Make sure you have all the necessary documents. Attach a recent bank account statement. Prior bills you pay to show you are reliable. Attach form of photo ID. Request your tenancy ledger from the real-estate if you currently renting and other relevant documents that will make you stand out over other applicants.

Make sure you receive all the documents a tenant should receive before moving in.

Office Hours
The Property Management team can be contacted Monday to Friday between 9am and 6.00pm and Saturday 9am – 12.30pm

In the event of an emergency outside of business hours, our Property Managers will always attempt to assist you.
